A Wide & Eclectic Career in Music

Sarah has enjoyed a wide and eclectic career in music, blending classical artistry with contemporary innovation. Awarded a Music Scholarship to a private school in Cheltenham, she went on to be offered places at every leading music conservatoire in the UK before choosing the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama to study the saxophone — home to industry names such as Ewan McGregor and Orlando Bloom.

Early Career & Love for Classical Music

A career built on curiosity and craft

After earning her Bachelor of Music, Sarah performed at honoured events including the opening of the Hackney Empire for Prince Charles. She made her solo debut at the Purcell Room, Queen Elizabeth Hall, London.

Her passion for classical music led her to create VISION, a pioneering project commissioned by Classic FM and Yamaha for their education show, aimed at bringing live instrumental music to new audiences. She later formed the classical crossover group Sahara, replacing the traditional lead violin of a string quartet with a female saxophonist. Their debut single Tango, composed and arranged by Sarah, brought them international recognition and great success.

Sarah doubles on flute and works as an arranger, composer, and producer. Her unique string arranging and original show concepts weave music with movement and dance, giving every show production an innovative edge in an age of immersive experiences.

Albums & Projects

A passionate advocate for instrumental music, Sarah has released a variety of albums throughout her career. Her projects include the innovative Live Lounge Project, performed live and broadcast on Vimeo, which showcases her versatility across genres. Her love for cross-arts shines through in her latest album, Project Secret, featuring the hit single Silver Lining. Check out the music video here.

Career Highlights

Sarah has shared the stage with Lionel Richie, Katherine Jenkins, Tony Hadley, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and Peter Andre, and appeared on television alongside Olly Murs, Little Mix, and Mark Ronson. She has toured with opera star Jonathan Antoine, written for the opera group Operatico, and arranged music for laser violinist Lumina.

More recently, she has written and produced for all-female saxophone ensemble Alter Ego, performing live on TFI Friday for their Brass Off feature. Sarah's creativity extends beyond performing — she produces her own stage shows with dancers, blending genres from classical to pop, and tailoring each performance to her audience.
